SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays. Processing may take longer during high-volume periods.
Shipping Destinations
MODBANDZ currently ships to addresses within the United States.
Shipping Rates
Available shipping methods and shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Estimated Delivery
Estimated delivery is 5–12 business days after the order has shipped. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier operations, weather, peak seasons, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Tracking may not display movement immediately. Tracking becomes active after the shipping carrier completes the first scan, which may take up to 24–48 hours.
Orders may be delivered by USPS, UPS, SpeedX, or another carrier selected for the shipment.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
To request an address change, contact us at tazinayoubi@gmail.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed or shipped.
MODBANDZ is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment is required.
Delayed, Lost, or Missing Packages
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your property, with household members or neighbors, and contact the shipping carrier.
If the package is still missing or tracking has not updated for an extended period, contact us at tazinayoubi@gmail.com. We will assist with the investigation, but the final resolution may depend on the shipping carrier.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at tazinayoubi@gmail.com.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review your request and provide further instructions.
Returns
Do not send a return to any address without receiving approval and return instructions from MODBANDZ. Approved returns must follow our Return and Refund Policy.
